February Recap: MIBR and Geekay Esports Professional Esports Bootcamps Prove Fruitful

Pracrooms welcomed back returning clients to on-server success in February.

In Counter-Strike we saw MIBR return to Sheffield - having made a change to their playing and coaching staff. They rebounded from a group stage exit at PGL Cluj to qualifying for the second stage of ESL Pro League Season 21. With the Major Regional Qualification tournaments coming up, do get in touch if you want to take advantage of our facilities and Europe’s top-quality practice environment.

In Rocket League meanwhile we played host to Geekay Group Esports for the split. Geekay, aided by our leased-line broadband and top-of-the-range PCs, needed to win the event outright to qualify for Birmingham. They did so in style, winning all 12 of their games on Championship Sunday without reply - a truly outstanding performance, and we look forward to welcoming them back to Pracrooms for the final LAN preparations.

If you’re looking ahead to split 2 and you want the Pracrooms buff for the EU Opens - our door is always open!
